Design of marketing materials and sales presentations for digital behavioral health company that is developing digital diagnostics that are designed to make earlier diagnoses and effective treatments available to more children.

Belvedere Luxury Condominiums (Mandarich Developments)
Brand development and graphic design for a newly constructed, upscale community in the Bay Area. Provided design, copy writing and production of a 24-page brochure, print ads, direct mail pieces, billboards, stationary, signage and website.

Arden Hills Resort, Club & Spa
Redesign of quarterly membership magazine (average page count: 40), including the magazine’s logo, which the resort adopted as their corporate logo. Provided art direction and production for the magazine, including layout, graphic design and typesetting, from 2007 to 2009. Also provided art direction and design for other areas of the resort (spa, salon, restaurant, health & wellness program, swim & tennis club, etc.) including monthly brochures, postcards, posters, table tents and custom logos and marketing materials for special events.

John L. Sullivan Auto Group
Custom-designed a holiday gala invitation for the auto group. Invitation featured a silver metallic pocket fold with Chevrolet logo blind embossed on front flap. Interior featured metallic ink printed onto metallic cardstock.

Created the Advertising & Marketing department for Northern California's largest active adult retirement community (11,000 residents). As the first Advertising & Marketing Manager, I implemented and oversaw brand development, website redesigns, a professional photo shoot and email marketing campaigns. On a daily basis I provided advertising, marketing, social media, print and web content and design for the association-run businesses including:

Managed a staff of six designers for Sacramento's NBC and WB affiliates, servicing all station departments from News (on-air broadcast graphics & animations) to Sales & Marketing (print collateral). Orchestrated redesigns of News and Promotions graphics packages for both stations including show opens, OTSes (over-the-shoulder graphics), full screens, map design, lower thirds, promotion animations, programming menus and station IDs. Provided custom sets for special shows and signage for community events.

Rebuilt two new art departments, including staff hiring and equipment (hardware & software) purchases for the Bay Area’s TV station duopoly – San Jose’s ABC and San Francisco’s WB affiliate. Maintained budgets, participated in department head meetings and trouble-shot technical problems. Served on marketing/design team coordinating the redesign of KNTV’s branding as the station transitioned from an ABC affiliate to an Independent to the Bay Area’s NBC affiliate.
